** Stand-Up Forklift Operator

** Position Summary*
* The Stand-Up Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment while supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations through picking, packing, repackaging, unloading, and inventory-related activities. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product accuracy, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* + Complete assigned picking, packing, repackaging, and unloading tasks.

+ Operate stand-up forklift and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment accuracy.

+ Follow all company safety, security, and quality policies.

+ Utilize basic math skills and weight scales to complete job functions.

+ Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

+ Demonstrate a cooperative and professional attitude with coworkers and management.

+ Adhere to production schedules and work overtime and weekends as needed.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

** Minimum Qualifications*
* ** Education*
* + High School Diploma or GED preferred.

** Experience*
* + Minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

+ Previous forklift operation experience required.

+ Licensed or certified Lift Truck Operator required.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*
* + Ability to accurately add and multiply numbers.

+ Ability to read and understand written English instructions.

+ Ability to work from pick lists, work orders, and operating instructions.

+ Ability to maintain productivity standards, including picking up to 200 line items.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to stand for extended periods.

+ Frequent repetitive motion throughout the shift.

+ Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.

+ Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds independently.

+ Team lifting required for items exceeding 50 pounds.

+ Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.

+ Ability to continuously move products of varying weights throughout the workday.

* Internal applicants must meet the following qualifications:

+ No active Final Written Warnings.

+ No more than six (6) attendance points.

+ Meet efficiency and quality performance standards for the previous three months.

+ Minimum of six (6) months in current position.
