Who we're looking forWe are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our injection molding processes. This is a hands-on role focused on machine set-up, mold changes, process troubleshooting and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Set up injection molding machines, molds, robots and auxiliary equipment.
- Perform mold, material and color changeovers.
- Monitor and optimize process performance, quality and cycle times.
- Troubleshoot molding defects and support production issue resolution.
- Carry out routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance.
- Support process trials, sampling and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain accurate production and process records.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Tooling teams.
- Follow all safety, quality and environmental procedures.
- Experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of molding machines, molds, robots and auxiliary equipment.
- Good understanding of quality standards and process control.
- Team player with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
