Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-3:30p

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Truss Builders to join a growing manufacturing team in Townville, SC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and producing quality products that make a real impact in construction.

• Assemble wood roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and specifications.

• Operate a Hammer and production equipment safely and efficiently.

• Measure and cut lumber to required dimensions.

• Inspect materials and finished trusses to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

• Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred but not required.

• Ability to read and follow simple measurements and diagrams.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.

• Must be dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 AM
