Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift | Travel Nurse - Anderson, SC

Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) - Night shift, 13-week travel assignment in Anderson, SC. Great opportunity for an experienced Med-Surg/Telemetry RN or travel RN who is comfortable with Epic charting and cardiac rhythm management.

• Location: Anderson, SC 29621 — Anderson, South Carolina nursing job near Lake Hartwell
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 6, 2026 – July 6, 2026)
• Setting: Med/Surg Tele Float (4 North, MS/Tele Float) — Med-Surg Telemetry unit
• Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (18:45 – 07:15)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Orientation: 20 hours
• Charting System: Epic (experience with Epic charting preferred)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,750 - $1,840 per week

• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S.; pending license accepted
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Proficiency with peripheral line care/management, starting/maintaining IVs, oxygen delivery (nasal cannula), and medication administration
• Strong skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation and dysrhythmia management — telemetry nurse experience required
• Ability to float within scope to other Med/Surg and Telemetry units (float pool flexibility)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on Med/Surg Telemetry units
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Epic; interpret and manage cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and manage IV therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV team, PT, RT, pharmacy, case management, and physicians
• Float to other Med/Surg and Tele units as needed to meet facility staffing needs
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and complete required unit orientation and online modules before start
