We are seeking a detail-oriented
** MDS Nurse (LPN)
** to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and optimal reimbursement—while supporting exceptional outcomes for our residents.## ##

** Position Summary
** As an
** MDS Nurse (RN)**, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing
** Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments
** in compliance with federal and state regulations. This role directly impacts
** care planning, regulatory compliance, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement**.### ###
** Qualifications
* ** Active, unencumbered R
** N license in South Carolina (required)
*** Experience in a
** skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
*** Strong knowledge of
** MDS 3.0, RAI process, and reimbursement guidelines
*** Experience with
** EHR systems** (Point Click Care preferred)
* Proficiency in
** Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*** Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
* Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams### ###
