** Position Summary
** As a
** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**, you will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care and supervising nursing assistants to ensure residents receive the highest level of care in accordance with their individualized care plans.### ###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
* Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment## ##
** Qualifications
* ** Graduate of an accredited
** Practical Nursing program
*** Active, unencumbered
** LPN license in South Carolina (required)**
* ** Current CPR certification
*** Strong leadership and communication skills
* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
* Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care###
