We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties- Vital Signs & Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration rate) and report any significant changes in patient condition or behavior to nursing staff.
- Environment Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by changing blankets and pillowcases, cleaning equipment, and adhering to infection control protocols.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy: Genuine desire to care for sick patients with patience and compassion.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift at least 30 lbs, and frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
Job Type: Part‑Time, Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
