B. Harris Psychiatric Hospital, 130 SC-252, Anderson, SC 2962.
- Ensure safety and continuity of care in patient areas and monitor regulatory compliance in patient care and the environment. Make frequent clinical rounds each shift on staff and patients. Provide direct care as required.
- Assess patients to evaluate the quality of nursing care being provided. Ensure that nursing care is implemented as directed and treatment administered in accordance with HPH and Nursing Policies and Procedures and Nursing Standards of Care and Performance. Participate in Clinical Treatment Team
