Job Description
Nursing Assistant
Key Responsibilities & Duties- Vital Signs & Monitoring:
Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration rate) and report any significant changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff. - Environment Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by changing blankets and pillowcases, cleaning equipment, and adhering to infection control protocols.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Communication:
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. - Empathy: A genuine desire to care for sick patients with patience and compassion.
- Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift at least 30 lbs, and frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
Part-time, Monday through Friday, Day Shift
