Registered Nurse (RN) - NHC Health Care Anderson, SC.
Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 / hr depending on experience.
NHC Health Care Anderson, a 290-bed post-acute skilled nursing center, is looking for Registered Nurses to join their team of caring professionals. A passion for geriatrics is required.
Responsibilities- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and develop individualized plans of care.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families, assuring that appropriate nursing care is being provided.
- Assist with medications and treatments as needed.
- Perform other patient care duties as assigned.
