Schedule:

Night Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program
  • Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long-term care setting, or other healthcare environment
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily nursing operations during your assigned shift
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriately
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support exceptional resident outcomes
  • Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in maintaining the highest standards of resident care and clinical excellence
