The VIOS Clinic is seeking an experienced MDS Nurse (RN) to coordinate and complete MDS assessments ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate care planning. You will play a key role in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement through proficient MDS 3.0 and RAI processes.
Strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office are required. An active SC RN license is essential, with skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
