• High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or customer service experience a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Good time management
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities:

• Pick up trash and debris throughout park grounds, parking areas, playgrounds, picnic areas, and walking trails
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, shelters, and common-use facilities
• Mow lawns, trim grass, edge sidewalks, and perform basic landscaping
• Assist with planting, mulching, watering, and weeding
• Inspect park areas for hazards and report needed repairs
• Perform minor repairs on benches, tables, fences, and signage
• Operate and maintain basic equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Assist with setup and breakdown for park events when needed
• Follow safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
