We’re seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations within our extruded fiber manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of polypropylene (PP) processing
, fiber performance testing, and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems. You’ll drive product reliability, supplier quality, and continuous improvement across our production operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and maintain our ISO 9001:2015–compliant Quality Management System
    .
  • Develop and update SOPs, Work Instructions, and Inspection Protocols for fiber extrusion and secondary processes.
  • Oversee testing and validation of fiber properties, including color match, denier, tensile strength, elongation, UV stability, and MFI for PP resin.
  • Conduct raw material and finished goods testing
    , including Weatherometer testing and COA/COC reporting.
  • Manage supplier quality
    , including standards development, audits, and corrective actions—especially for resin and additive suppliers.
  • Train associates on quality procedures, testing methods, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead CAPA
    , root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fiber performance and reduce scrap.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science
    , or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in extruded fiber manufacturing or polypropylene processing (highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of fiber testing methods, polymer behavior, and extrusion process controls.
  • Proven ability to manage audits, supplier relationships, and quality documentation.
  • Skilled in data analysis, SPC, and quality reporting.
