Utilize the NCR process and 8D approach to building quality into the processes including but not limited to:
Internally Audit daily work activities within the organization to identify non-conformances in process that require sustained correction.;
Expeditiously Initiate, Manage-by-Priority, and Close out NCR’s.;
Escalate repeated non-conformances or advanced level problems to QA Engineers.;
Measures cost of poor quality and number of customer complaints;
Liaise closely with engineering, production, safety, vendors to ensure product compliance
