Afternoon​/Evening, Back of House Team Member

We are looking for a full time, Back of House Team Member with afternoon/evening availability! Availability 2pm or earlier preferred; closing availability until 10:30-11:30pm preferred. Wednesday night and Saturday availability required. Physical ability to repeatedly lift 15-20lbs is a requirement for some positions within the kitchen.

As a Back of House Team Member at Chick‑fil‑A of Anderson, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring order accuracy. • Follow Chick‑fil‑A's guidelines to prepare and cook menu items
• Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and meet Chick‑fil‑A's quality standards
• Maintain inventory of food products and communicate with team members to restock as needed

• Accurately assemble food items based on customer requests
• Collaborate with the Front of House team to address any order discrepancies or customer concerns

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in inventory management and report any equipment maintenance needs

• Work efficiently to meet Chick‑fil‑A's commitment to fast service without compromising on order accuracy
• Contribute to reducing wait times and ensuring timely order delivery

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
