Afternoon​/Evening, Part Time Front of House Team Member

We are looking for a part time, Front of House Team Member with afternoon/evening availability! Availability 2pm or earlier preferred; closing availability until 10:30-11:30pm preferred. Wednesday night and Saturday availability required. We are not accepting 14/15 year old applicants at this time.

As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A of Anderson, you are the "face" of our brand! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and personalized service to every guest while maintaining a clean and organized area. Customer Service:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
• Assist guests in placing orders, answering questions, and making menu recommendations.
• Ensure all guest requests and special dietary needs are accommodated.

Order Accuracy:

• Prepare and assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
• Check orders to ensure they meet Chick-fil-A's quality and presentation standards.
• Handle any order discrepancies or guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Cleanliness and Organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks to uphold Chick-fil-A's high cleanliness standards.

Teamwork:

• Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in maintaining food and beverage inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Support fellow team members in their roles to ensure smooth operations.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all food safety, health, and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
