Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist our members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled and members are contacted if there are delays or issues.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow handling procedures, and report unsafe situations.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, handling payments, and operating cash registers.
• Locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and maintain cart/flatbed organization.
• Assist members with transporting items, utilize cart retrieval equipment, and ensure parking lot cleanliness.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments efficiently, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and customers to achieve priorities and improve processes.
