Pay Range: $54,000 - $55,000/year, (Base Day Rate + Commission)

Schedule: 5 consecutive days a week including weekends; shift: 5am - 6am start time until completion of the route. Weekend days off will either be Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday.

Department: Sales Merchandising / BAM (Bulk Account Merchandiser)

Route: The route will service customers in the Anderson, SC area. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores.

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency to support daily operations and contribute to revenue, volume, and gross profit.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, POS, and commercial plans to ensure RED (Right Execution Daily) scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, manages returns of pallets, damaged and out-of-date product.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display. Rotates products and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; coordinates with vendors to ensure proper operation.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, pricing, programs, and opportunities.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activities and communicates them; executes all duties safely.

• Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing)
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Critical thinking skills
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred
• High initiative and willingness to learn
• Career-mindedness and a highly competitive nature

• Valid in-state driver's license
• Excellent driving history
• Proof of insurance policy verifying current coverage of liability and property damage (no less than 50,000 per person / 100,000 per accident / 50,000 property damage; deductible $500 or less; effective from first day of employment)
• High School Education / GED
