Retail Service Specialist-2

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and notify customers upon shipment arrivals;
Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure using electronic ledger; manage returns and exchanges; issue refunds correctly;
Ensure merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks;
Ensure staff adhere to posted work schedule and clock in/out per policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure deposits and banking, and secure the store and delivery vehicles;
Other duties as assigned
