Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a store zone on the sales floor, including merchandising, signage, replenishment, pricing, and displays;
Oversee door-to-floor process ensuring merchandise is planned for and stocked timely;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and assign daily tasks to maintain productivity;
Ensure customer service standards and store procedures are followed and staff scheduling is appropriate for unload/processing of merchandise;
Communicate company directives to associates and ensure follow-up items are completed accurately and timely
