Game Stop - 3116 North Main Street - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to questions/concerns quickly and courteously; assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests of promotions; recommend additional items as appropriate.;
Support the total shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases/return transactions using the POS system accurately and efficiently; provide receipts and courteous service.;
Escalate customer issues and complaints to the Store Manager in a timely and professional manner.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager; ensure onboarding, training, and policy compliance for staff.
