We’re looking for a driven and dependable Manager Trainee to join our team and learn the ins and outs of running a successful convenience store. This is a hands‑on role designed to prepare you for future leadership, with training in operations, customer service, inventory, and team management.

As a Manager Trainee, you’ll work closely with Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and District Leaders to gain the skills needed to eventually manage your own store.

• Learn daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
• Assist with supervising staff and maintaining shift schedules
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and vendor check‑ins
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ABC regulations
• Handle cash, deposits, and POS system operations
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Participate in training programs

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Commitment to growing into a management role
