Service Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Sales Specialist to join our growing mechanical services team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clients across industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities by offering tailored service solutions that keep their mechanical systems running efficiently and reliably.

• Develop and grow a portfolio of service clients throughout the Anderson region.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue service sales opportunities in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems maintenance.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer challenges and propose tailored service agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal service, engineering, and operations teams to deliver accurate scopes of work and proposals.
• Prepare and present service agreements, maintenance plans, and solution recommendations.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Track sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate documentation.

• Proven experience in service sales, preferably within mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial service sectors.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and building operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to evaluate mechanical equipment and identify potential service needs.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local region.
