Metric Geo is partnering with a Top 5 National Home builder to hire a New Home Sales Consultant in Anderson County, South Carolina.

This is a strong opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to build a career in new home sales with excellent earning potential and long-term growth.

• Guide prospective buyers through the new home purchasing process
• Conduct model home and community tours
• Build relationships with buyers and local Realtors
• Follow up with leads and manage an active sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Coordinate with construction, mortgage, and title teams
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial inquiry through closing

• New home sales, automotive sales, residential real estate, or other commission-driven sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive and motivated in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends
• Local knowledge of Anderson County and the surrounding Upstate market is a plus
