Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Anderson, SC, is for an Industrial HVAC Technician. The technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial HVAC systems, including compressed air systems and related components. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with team members, identifying and resolving technical issues, and maintaining tools and equipment in optimal working order.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair technical issues in HVAC and compressed air systems.
- Experience with refrigeration systems and preventive maintenance to ensure effective system performance.
- Knowledge of electricity and related components pertinent to industrial HVAC systems.
- Possession of an EPA certification or equivalent credentials is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently in an industrial environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in HVAC or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in the HVAC or industrial mechanics industry is highly desirable.
