Maintenance Technician

Location:

Anderson, SC. Pay Range: $23.75 – $30.55 hourly.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot 3‑phase power (480V), low‑voltage circuits, and PLC systems (PLC troubleshooting a plus).
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine uptime and safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet production goals.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.

• High School Diploma required; technical certification in multi‑craft maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Service mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
• Self‑driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Frequent climbing, bending, and twisting.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally.
