The Senior Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area. This role is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing scheduled preventive maintenance, responding to equipment failures, and recommending improvements to maintenance practices.

The Senior Maintenance Technician also supports installation and commissioning of new equipment, maintains accurate maintenance records, and collaborates with operations and engineering teams to resolve recurring issues. This position may lead or mentor other maintenance personnel and helps promote a strong safety culture and adherence to company standards.

• Strong equipment maintenance and industrial maintenance skills, with experience in manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic methods for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform preventive maintenance and maintenance & repair activities on a variety of production machinery.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and best practices for safe equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Relevant technical training or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field; journeyperson-level experience is a plus.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and maintaining clear service documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work on-site, with flexibility for occasional overtime or shift adjustments based on production needs.
