Experienced HVAC Service Technician Needed

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and service residential heating and cooling systems.

This is not an entry-level or maintenance-only position. We need an experienced service technician who can run calls independently, accurately diagnose problems, communicate options to homeowners, and complete quality repairs.

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service and repair experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and residential HVAC systems
• EPA Certification
• Ability to run service calls independently
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to explain repair and replacement options clearly to customers
• Comfortable recommending solutions without high-pressure sales
• Low callback mentality — diagnose it correctly and fix it right
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

We're looking for someone who can walk into a home with a system that's not heating or cooling, troubleshoot the problem, identify the root cause, explain the solution to the homeowner, and complete the repair correctly.
