Location: Andover, Hampshire Salary: £44,000 per annum + Overtime Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated on-site facilities team. This role offers a perfect blend of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and small-scale installation works.

Working on a fixed site, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems are running at peak efficiency. Your day-to-day will include:

• Carrying out planned maintenance schedules (PPMs) and compliance checks.

• Responding to reactive electrical faults and equipment breakdowns.

• Completing minor installations and project improvements (e.g., lighting upgrades and circuit additions).

• Working across a mixture of commercial and domestic-style environments on-site.

We are looking for a versatile "all-rounder" who enjoys the variety of both maintenance and install work.

• Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) and 18th Edition.

• Experience: A background in both Commercial and Domestic environments is preferred.

• Attitude: You are happy to take on minor installations and thrive in a site-based role where you can build rapport with the client.

• Proximity: Ideally based in or near Andover for an easy daily commute.
