The Rewards- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (Depending on experience and qualification level).

Your RoleAs a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our busy Andover workshop, you will:
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing, multi-point safety inspections, and high-quality mechanical maintenance.
- Complete vital chassis, steering, suspension, braking system, tyre fitting, and exhaust system services to strict safety standards.
- Utilize advanced workshop diagnostic tools and scanners to troubleshoot, investigate, and rectify mechanical and electronic faults.
- Complete job cards, track workshop progress via digital platforms, and maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Qualifications: Fully qualified with an industry-recognized Level 3 City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience gained within a busy workshop or fast-fit automotive setting.
- Key Strengths: Dedicated work ethic, strong problem‑solving skills, own tools, and a passion for expanding your diagnostic and fault‑finding expertise.
- Licensing: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential for this position.
