Painter & Decorator Supervisor

Complex Trade Tasks:
Carry out high-precision painting and decorating, including treating damaged substrates, degraded surfaces, or complex architectural features. Diagnostics:
Diagnose underlying causes of decoration failure, such as water ingress, damp, or chemical breakdown, and specify remedial actions. Specialist Applications:
Apply specialist coatings including epoxy, hygienic/clinical coatings, industrial floor finishes, and fire-retardant products. Advanced Wall coverings:
Undertake advanced tasks such as wide-width, heat-bonded, and specialist clinical-grade finishes. Technical Advisory:
Act as a technical advisor to identify risks and propose solutions for compliant work delivery. Equipment Safety:
Conduct inspections of access equipment, including mobile towers, podiums, and scaffolds, within the scope of training. Undertake and review risk assessments for tasks as required. Multi-Skilled Support:
Execute multi-trade tasks such as minor joinery, plastering, flooring, and small-scale building repairs. Operational Flexibility:
Work flexibly across Trust properties and participate in on-call and out-of-hours arrangements as required.
