The Registration Office Coordinator ensures the accuracy and efficiency of all student records and registration processes. This role manages registration records for non-standard enrollment populations, communicates schedules, grades, and registration updates with high school counselors, and assists students with degree audit questions.
The coordinator also processes graduation applications, supports graduate communications, and maintains transfer equivalency data, including the creation and updating of transfer institutions, transfer courses, and equivalent institutional coursework.
Additionally, this position supervises student workers at the Andover location, as applicable.

Required knowledge and skills
- A. Excellent customer service skills.
- B. Knowledge of higher education processes and procedures.
- C. Excellent organization skills.
- D. Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality is essential.
- E. Proficiency with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and relational databases.
- F. Must be a team player, but also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- G. Multi-tasking skills essential.
Required experience
- A. At least one year of experience in a data-focused administrative support role.
- B. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- C. Experience dealing directly with the public (preferably in a higher education setting).
Required educational background
High school diploma, or equivalent;
Associate’s degree preferred.
