Schedule:

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Flexible 12-hour shifts to support work-life balance

Qualifications:

Active RN license required
BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
Previous Telemetry or Progressive Care experience strongly preferred
Skilled in using Meditech EMR, PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tube management
Positive attitude, strong engagement, and exceptional critical thinking abilities highly valued
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Desired Experience:

Central line care and medication drips
Heart catheterization recovery and bubble study procedures

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, monitoring and responding to changes in patient status
Collaborate with physicians and multiple care providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans
Administer medications, manage complex equipment, and document interventions accurately
Champion safety and best practices in all aspects of telemetry nursing
Foster a supportive atmosphere for patients, families, and colleagues
