Schedule/

Hours:

• Day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• On-call required with a 30-minute response time

Key

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 1 year of recent acute care PACU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong adaptability and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Exceptional patient-focused attitude
• Preferred:
  Experience with Meditech EMR and flexibility with scheduling

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, compassionate care for post-anesthesia patients in a bustling recovery unit
• Monitor and assess patient status during the crucial post-op period
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team-1 charge nurse, 12 RNs by day, supported by seasoned staff
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, utilizing advanced equipment and new technologies
• Participate in a variety of procedures, including craniotomies and orthopedic recoveries, enhancing your clinical expertise
• Follow updated policies and maintain best practices for patient safety and satisfaction
