You'll work directly alongside a top-performing Farmers Agency Owner, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client relationships, business operations, leadership, and agency growth. You'll learn what it actually takes to build a pipeline of clients and drive growth in the Agency.

• Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, email, and referrals
• Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Prepare insurance quotes and proposals
• Develop sales and communication skills through hands‑on coaching
• Work alongside successful agency owners and industry professionals

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
