Phillips Academy is seeking a detail-oriented Advancement Services Coordinator to support the Advancement Services team within the Office of Academy Resources (OAR). This administrative role plays a key part in maintaining accurate constituent data and supporting fundraising, engagement, and stewardship efforts across the Academy. This position reports to the Associate Director of Advancement Services and is hybrid
, with up to 2 remote days per week once training is complete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain constituent records in the Advancement database
  • Generate donor gift receipts and acknowledgment letters
  • Run and review exception reports to ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor online forms, alerts, and alumni communications for record updates
  • Support gift processing during high-volume periods and Advancement events
Requirements
  • 2+ years of data entry experience using a complex CRM (Salesforce, Blackbaud, Agilon, or similar)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising or education preferred
