About the Role:

We are seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for an AV integration company based out of Andover, MA. This hybrid role focuses on scheduling, coordination, documentation, and communication—not hands‑on technical work. The position is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who is comfortable supporting field teams and managing multiple moving parts. Prior experience scheduling or coordinating AV service or installation work is a major plus, but the role itself is fundamentally administrative in nature.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an administrative point of contact for incoming service requests
  • Create, update, and manage service tickets and work order
  • Coordinate scheduling and assignment of internal technicians and subcontractors
  • Monitor open service activity and follow up to ensure tasks move through completion
  • Support preventative maintenance programs and recurring service schedules
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, field personnel, and vendors
  • Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and status updates in internal systems
  • Assist with basic service agreement tracking and renewal coordination

  • Prior experience scheduling or coordinating AV service or AV installation work
  • Experience supporting field technicians or subcontractors
  • Familiarity with ticketing or work‑order systems (training provided if needed)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $28.00 per hour.
