Our client, a reputable company with a vibrant culture and room for growth, is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of their team. $80,000 – $90,000 annually, with a bonus starting at 10% and increasing based on performance.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage calendars and appointment schedules for senior management
- Facilitate all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Field and direct calls efficiently, ensuring sensitive information is kept confidential
- Support planning and execution of company meetings, corporate events, and celebrations
- Remain accessible for after-hours assistance during travel and urgent scheduling needs
- Oversee and update expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Handle general office operations such as ordering supplies, organizing catering, and coordinating weekly lunches
- Collaborate across teams and support investor relations initiatives when needed
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 2 to 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level professionals, preferably at Vice President or Managing Director levels
- Exceptional attention to detail and polished presentation skills
- Strong ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ownership mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with independence in decision-making and follow-through
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
