Position Overview
Schneider Electric is hiring an Executive Assistant to support two Vice Presidents located in Dallas, Nashville, or Boston. This role provides high‑impact administrative and organizational support within the Software & Services organization.
Role PurposeThe Executive Assistant will provide sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, global environment while enabling effective leadership, coordination, and execution for senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities- End‑to‑end calendar, travel, and meeting management for two senior executives
- Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and executive workshops (agenda, materials, logistics, follow‑ups)
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and executive correspondence
- Track priorities, actions, and deliverables to ensure follow‑through
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Partner closely with other EAs, HR, Finance, and TA teams
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Comfortable supporting leaders across geographies and time zones
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 – USD 129,600 per year. This range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range applies to candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
