Job Title: Preventive Maintenance Planner – Machine Tool Maintenance (MTM) and Preventive Maintenance Planner

Job Type: Onsite, U.S. Citizen required

• Plan, develop, and implement all processes associated with the MTM team, including Corrective and Preventive Maintenance.
• Ensure all processes align with Company’s Command Media and comply with Federal, State, and local requirements.
• Collaborate with Area leads, MTM Trades, and MTM Management to develop and implement Preventive Maintenance plans.
• Evaluate PM plans and asset availability for program effectiveness.
• Assist in developing reports and fulfill on-demand data requests.
• Interface with Raytheon Facilities, Quality, Operations, EHS, and Security Leadership.
• Support the development and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Provide training to MTM staff on CMMS and related business processes.
• Support procurement of materials, services, timekeeping, and training.
• Assist MTM Management and Trades with additional duties as required.

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Data Planning.
• Strong experience with CMMS; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Maximo or other CMMS software, including SAP and PRISM.
• Basic SQL database/query experience and knowledge of data reporting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface across all levels of the organization.
• Team-oriented with ability to foster teamwork with internal customers.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling external vendors and suppliers.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations and resolve client/customer issues.
• Proven record of cost-reduction initiatives and efficient service-order implementation.
• U.S. citizenship required; U.S. citizen or U.S. person, or immigration status permitting U.S. citizen status.

Salary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD
