Global Product Manager - Foresight Marketplace

Schneider Electric is offering a Product Manager – Foresight Marketplace position to lead an application catalog for the Eco Struxure Foresight platform. The role may be based in Boston (Andover, MA) US, London, UK, or Montreal, CAN.

• Own the product backlog, translating business requirements into prioritized user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to deliver capabilities that support the complete application lifecycle: onboarding, submission, validation, approval, publishing, maintenance, and retirement.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable workflows that keep applications moving efficiently through all lifecycle stages while ensuring quality, traceability, and operational consistency.
• Define and maintain the governance framework for the marketplace, including partner eligibility, app submission standards, metadata requirements, documentation expectations, and compliance criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for submission guidelines, validation requirements, templates, and operational procedures.
• Oversee validation and certification processes to ensure applications meet quality, security, compliance, and technical standards before publication.
• Establish processes for ongoing governance of published applications, such as version management, periodic reviews, re‑certification, and retirement of non‑compliant or obsolete apps.
• Track key performance indicators such as validation pass rates, time‑to‑publish, cycle times, submission quality, and platform efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to ensure successful implementation of platform capabilities and operational processes.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives by ensuring application catalog readiness, improving discoverability, and aligning platform capabilities with commercial objectives.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with platform operations, governance, workflow‑driven products, or digital ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing digital platforms, SaaS ecosystems, marketplaces, or application catalogs.
• Strong expertise in governance design, process definition, validation frameworks, and operational scalability.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams of Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, and Commercial.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring operational performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills to influence across global teams.
• Ability to operate in evolving environments while balancing operational discipline with growth objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Competitive salary range: USD 142,400 – USD 213,600 per year (U.S. positions only).
