** Job Summary*
* The Purchase Order Management Analyst supports end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including purchase requisitions, purchase order management, vendor maintenance, invoice resolution, and payment tracking. This role partners with Procurement, Finance, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient purchasing processes.

** Key Responsibilities*
* Review and manage Purchase Request Forms.

Create and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders in ARIBA.

Support vendor setup and maintenance requests.

Resolve invoice holds and payment processing issues.

Monitor PO and invoice status through closure.

Liaise with suppliers, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.

Support PO-related queries and issue resolution.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance P2P efficiency.

Act as a subject matter expert for purchasing and accounts payable processes.

** Required Skills*
* Experience in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, accounts payable, or purchasing operations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Working knowledge of ARIBA and SAP preferred.

Customer-focused, adaptable, and collaborative approach.

** Preferred*
* Experience with vendor management, invoice resolution, and purchase order administration.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

** Pay Details:**  $40.24 per hour
