The Watts Co-op Program is strategically designed to allow you the opportunity to utilize what you have learned in the classroom while gaining a true understanding of the business world by applying those key principles through hands-on experience. During the co-op, students will gain exposure to and impact operations. There will be many chances to network with like-minded manufacturing and industrial engineering professionals and stimulate your mind through cross-departmental collaboration.

This position reports to Sr. Director of Global Trade Compliance. Primary location North Andover, MA. This role is a full-time co-op position from January-June, 2026

Primary

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in overall management of Watts’ imports/exports to ensure compliance

Align and standardize material data for Customs activities

Ensure classifications between countries align and notate difference for review

Compare internal Watts reports to Customs broker and highlight discrepancies

Develop process to ensure all Customs records are maintained by entity

Update and revise the monthly Customs reports

Develop a report/presentation for Customs audit data and findings to identify root cause

Required Qualifications A rising junior or senior student studying International Business, Supply Chain or Logistics Ability to analyze data and make recommendations

Ability to interface with all Watts’ internal departments

Ability to coordinate and deliver project goals and objectives within a defined time period

Ability to be proactive in recognising and adjusting to shifting priorities

Self-motivated and directed, capable of operating semi-autonomously

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).
