Bridge & Highway Ironworker — Piledrive, Rigging & Concrete

Overview

Trillium Construction is hiring Piledriver/Ironworkers/Concrete Carpenters for work around the Andover, MA area. Trillium is hiring multi-skilled craft hands for heavy highway/bridge construction for the I-495 and Route 28 Interchange project in Andover, MA.

The need for this specific project is for about 2-3 months; however, this contractor has several other very similar jobs around MA and CT. The company specializes in building and reconstructing highways, bridges, railways, and transit facilities around the NE region. The ideal candidate should be skilled in heavy civil construction and have previous experience with bridge work or heavy highway work.

The role includes driving H piles for foundation work, rigging steel into place, hand digging, dragging hoses around, and helping form and pour concrete for large MSE walls.

This could lead to long term work. The jobs are prevailing wage; starting rate $70.08 and could go as high as $90.16 depending on work. Candidates in New England are offered a per diem of $125/day. Start around June 8th. Day shift 7AM-5PM and night shift 6PM-4AM. Expected 40-50 hours per week.

• Must have all PPE required for the work and proper tools.
• Experience in carpentry work and pouring/finishing concrete.
• OSHA 10 preferred with prior experience on similar projects.
• Ability to pass all pre‑employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job.
• Previous experience in heavy civil/bridge/highway work.
• Versed in several construction trades: piledrive, concrete, rig.
