Job Description

• Support day to day field operations onsite
• Coordinate subcontractors and assist with site logistics
• Help manage schedules and track project progress
• Ensure jobsite safety and quality standards are met
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and field documentation
• Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers
• Gain exposure to technical lab construction environments

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• 2+ years as assistant superintendent with GC
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance
