What You Will Do:
Provide technical support to management and teammates.
Lead and supervise multi‑trade personnel (Carpentry, millwright, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, janitorial).
Develop cost‑effective solutions to complex issues, ensuring innovation and alignment with organizational goals.
Work with minimal direction; collaborate effectively with team members, management, security, EHS, internal customers, and the bargaining unit.
- Minimum 5+years of experience in all aspects of facilities maintenance and construction (carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal, janitorial). Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of work experience and schooling.
- At least one Massachusetts professional license (CSL, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).
- 5+years of proven leadership experience.
- Experience with building infrastructure and technology, including reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
- Knowledge of Massachusetts and National Building Codes.
- Experience consulting with management on building maintenance and construction issues.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance within six months.
- Project‑management certifications such as PMP.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Projects, Maximo, Building Management Systems, and AutoCAD.
