Leadership Role In Structural Bridge Projects

You'll be the leader trusted to deliver structural bridge projects safely and on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience is valued, your crews respect you, and your work leaves a lasting mark on Massachusetts infrastructure.

• You'll lead structural bridge and concrete projects within heavy civil construction.
• You'll oversee schedules, productivity, and quality control.
• You'll ensure safety compliance on-site while guiding multiple crews.

• Direct field operations on bridge/structural projects.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Track progress, manage reports, and enforce safety.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers.

• 8+ years structural/civil construction supervision.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
