• Run the entire field operation on major marine and bridge jobs
• Drive productivity, safety, quality, and schedule
• Lead crews, solve problems in real time, and build tangible results

• Lead daily field planning and marine construction activities
• Keep crews safe, productive, and aligned with the schedule
• Manage subs, equipment, materials, and daily reporting
• Enforce quality and safety on every shift
• Track costs, submit changes, and identify extra work
• Deliver weekly look aheads that keep the job moving

• 8+ years of bridge or marine construction experience
• Proven field leadership and crew supervision
• Strong scheduling, ordering, QC, and marine or bridge experience
• OSHA 10
• Hands-on, decisive, detail driven mindset

• Base salary: 130,000 to 160,000 DOE
