* Create high quality video content, motion graphics and animated assets for social media, digital advertising, email and web campaigns
* Develop storyboards, animation concepts and visual treatments that align with brand standards and marketing strategy
* Design and adapt digital assets including social graphics, presentations, digital signage and email visuals
* Ensure consistent application of brand identity, typography and messaging across all video and graphic materials
* Work cross functionally with Creative, Mar Com, Marketing and other teams to deliver clear, engaging visual storytelling
* Manage multiple creative projects within deadlines, using project management tools and maintaining organized file structures
* Optimize assets for various digital platforms and support accessibility standards such as captions
* Share motion design expertise with team members to help grow creative capabilities
* Support performance optimization through A/B testing and data informed recommendations
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Motion Graphics or similar, or equivalent experience
* 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital design with a strong focus on motion graphics and video editing
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design
* Strong visual storytelling skills and an understanding of animation principles, motion typography and compositing
* Ability to simplify complex information visually and maintain high attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $ to $ USD annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location.
